Platform
Sternary is not a single feature. It is a connected commerce stack — each layer operates independently and as part of the whole.
Product discovery and transaction environment built for the EU single market — Euro pricing, origin visibility, and supplier verification at listing level.
Business registry, VAT validation, and identity workflows for European manufacturers, distributors, and brands.
Dedicated buyer–supplier messaging for product, order, and business conversations — architecturally separate from advertising systems.
Product-linked video and demonstration formats with in-context purchase actions. A commerce capability, not a social feed.
Transaction and escrow architecture designed for integration with regulated European financial partners. Sternary is not a bank or licensed payment institution.
Storefront management, catalog operations, customer communication, and future merchant services in one operating environment.
Strategic Context
Product discovery, supplier relationships, communication, and transaction processing across Europe still depend largely on non-European platforms. Sternary is being built to address that structural gap.
Commerce data and supplier relationships should not depend entirely on foreign infrastructure.
Manufacturers and SMEs need direct access to customers across the single market.
EU commerce requires architecture designed around regional privacy, tax, and business standards.
Cross-border EU commerce is a structural advantage that requires purpose-built infrastructure.
EU Single Market
Goods moving between EU member states generally circulate without customs duties under the Union’s customs framework. Sternary is built for that intra-EU reality — with logistics intended to stay inside European carrier networks.
Under the EU customs union, customs duties are not charged on goods traded between member states. Sternary focuses on EU-registered businesses operating in that single-market context — with clearer cross-border commercial flows inside the Union.
Fulfilment is intended to use carriers and routes that operate within the EU, so shipments remain European end-to-end rather than being handled as extra-EU international freight.
General information only: VAT, One-Stop Shop (OSS), product rules, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements may still apply. Not a guarantee of any specific shipment or tax outcome.
Architecture
A single transaction path from discovery to settlement — with verification, communication, and compliance embedded at each stage.
Embedded layers: verification · video · compliance · analytics · logistics (planned)
