Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the public website https://sternary.com (the “Site”), operated by Sternary. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational nature / no offer

The Site provides general information about Sternary’s European commerce-infrastructure project. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:

  • Nothing on the Site is an offer to the public to purchase securities or an invitation to invest.
  • Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
  • Product capabilities described as planned, designed, or in development are forward-looking and may change.
  • References to payments, escrow, banking, or financial partners describe intended architecture and do not mean Sternary is a bank, payment institution, or e-money issuer.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, overloading infrastructure, scraping in a manner that impairs service, submitting unlawful content, or using forms for spam.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Sternary or its licensors. You may view the Site for personal or internal professional evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Investor inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confidentiality obligation on either party until a separate NDA or engagement letter is signed. We may decline inquiries at our discretion. Materials shared after qualification remain subject to any accompanying legends and agreements.

6. EU trade statements

Statements about duty-free movement of goods within the EU single market are general descriptions of the customs union framework. VAT, product-specific rules, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements may still apply. They are not a guarantee of any particular shipment outcome.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding Site content.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sternary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life/body/health where such rules apply).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the Sternary operating entity is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
